Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Occasional travel to the Distribution Center in Błonie near Warsaw required.

What You Will Do

We are looking for a Commercial Quality Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) for Poland and the Baltics, in alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Polish pharmaceutical law, while partnering with local teams to foster a culture of quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Compliance
  • Support the Commercial Quality (CQ) Manager CEE and the CQ team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the Pharmaceutical Wholesaler in Błonie operates in compliance with GDP and national regulations.
  • Act as deputy to the Responsible Person (RP) during leaves.
  • Be the first point of contact for quality and compliance questions from local business partners.
  • Ensure accurate document management in systems like (Symphony).

Product & Process Oversight
  • Prepare product releases for OTC products and customizations.
  • Review and approve Finished Goods Specifications and master data in SAP TopCat.
  • Support incoming control processes in the Baltic countries.
  • Manage change control processes and maintain documentation and procedures for the wholesaler.

Training & Collaboration
  • Conduct trainings for internal teams on quality procedures and changes.
  • Collaborate with the CQ team in Central Europe and support cross-country initiatives.

Audits & Risk Management
  • Assist in supplier qualification, audits, and the development of quality agreements.
  • Support internal and supplier audits, as well as inspections by Health Authorities.
  • Contribute to complaint management and resolution, including field actions and recalls.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Active license to practice as a pharmacist in Poland.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time employment in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical wholesaler.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat).
  • Fluency in English and Polish

Preferred
  • Experience with quality systems based on GDP or ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
  • Familiarity with pharma, FMCG, or healthcare-related environments.
