Territory Manager Wound Closure & Healing

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Contract: full time, permanent

The J& J MedTech segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiovascular, Vision & Specialty Solutions.

How YOU can help:

This role is critical to the growth of our J& J MedTech Wound Closure across selected key surgery centers in Warsaw and surround and new business development in new niche.

In that role you will be responsible for growing and development of surgery products & solutions with JnJ MedTech Wound Closure & Healing portfolio to new and established hospital accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration, building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring efficient sales operations by collaboration with leaders across Johnson & Johnson MedTech at specific geographic area.

The key responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Leading the territory through the development of comprehensive business plans. Focus on highest value opportunities to grow and develop new business including taking competitor share and the adoption of new technologies whilst maintaining key customers and core business.

• Leading and developing accounts and be responsible for the relationship between the company and the customer, ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to improve impact of all activities driving growth.

• Developing key customer relationships and build advocacy for the J& J MedTech portfolio.

• Building an in depth understanding of the market dynamics within the key accounts and adapting the strategy to maximize the sales opportunities.

• Promotes suturing solutions, prevention of surgical site infection approach and high specialized procedures to hospital clinical and non-clinical staff and develops a strong relationship with customers as key account.

• Daily visits and meetings with customers on OR and with non-clinical customers to provide sales & products promotion, presentations, differentiation.

• Initiate contacts with new customers as well make regular visits to gather information on orders and market conditions.

• Identifies customer needs, recommends new products and services to address solutions in dedicated accounts.

• Prepares sales reports and documents as required. Develops and recommends specific sales plans and new product launches introductions.

• Driving internal collaboration to maximize opportunities across Johnson & Johnson MedTech. Collaborates with other departments internally to ensure a timely resolution.

• Key to your success will be your effective stakeholder management in ensuring the right resources and support are available to effectively execute our strategies for Wound Closure surgery market.

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have/are:

• Influencing and business partnering skills - understand stakeholder requirements, ability to analyses requirements and develop strategies that drives the adoption of technologies and become a trusted business advisor providing solutions

• Sales experience from pharma or medical devices business would be an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Analytical skills & logical thinking

• Solution oriented, ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances in the market

• Creativity and initiative supported by experience

• High level of engagement and responsibility, resistance to stress and difficult situations

• Very good knowledge of English, Polish language on native level

• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• Mobility (availability to travel frequently)

• Driving license - category B
