Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Global Labeling Operations to be located in Poland (Warsaw).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key operational deliverables related to labeling development and implementation

• Entry of labeling-related data into internal trackers and systems of record

• Track key labeling milestones and deliverables using tracking tools, document repositories, and other related systems and technologies

• Generate and maintain Global Labeling metrics and key performance indicators

• Monitor process communications, department mailboxes, and collaboration portals

• Provide input and support for audits and inspections

• Engage in process improvements, successful communications, and collaboration within Global Labeling and across business partners

• Provide project management support as needed

Qualifications

Education:

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 6 years' experience supporting labeling development, implementation, or operations in the pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience supporting Regulatory Operations

• An understanding of the pharmaceutical development process

• Knowledge of labeling processes and systems

• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in labeling and/or submission tracking systems, such as Veeva or Intagras

• Experience monitoring deliverables and milestones for labeling or other Regulatory functions

• Planning, scheduling, facilitating meetings across stakeholder groups

• Experience working with dashboards and metrics (e.g., Tableau) and Microsoft Teams tools and apps

• Comfortable with developing/delivering communications in a variety of settings for diverse audiences (e.g., announcements, newsletters, presentations) is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to drive a collaborative, customer-focused, learning culture
