The Learning Excellence Project Manager plays a crucial role within the Global Learning Management Systems and Administration Center of Excellence, supporting the global initiatives. This position combines project management skills with business analysis expertise to drive process standardization, enhance learning workflows, and resolve issues. The Project Manager collaborates closely with learning academies, identifies improvement opportunities, and ensures efficient learning processes.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and maintain standardized learning processes across the organization.
Create process maps and documentation to streamline workflows.
Collaborate with learning academies, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to address challenges.
Identify and resolve issues related to learning content, delivery, and assessments.
Lead improvement projects aimed at enhancing learning experiences.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights to optimize learning processes.
Develop and create compelling presentations for learning initiatives, workshops, and training sessions.
Ensure content is engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with organizational goals.
Facilitate learning-related meetings, workshops, and discussions. Ideally using digital tools to support conversations.
Set agendas, manage time, and encourage active participation.
Champion process improvements and drive change within the learning function.
Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Ideally three to five years of experience in HR/ Learning, demonstrating expertise in learning processes within the HR.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field e.g. HR, Business Studies or equivalent.
Proven experience in project management, business analysis, or learning and development.
Works well with cross-functional teams.
Advanced English.
The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in diverse, multicultural project teams.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Advanced user of project management tools and software.
