Purpose of the role:
The Project Manager supports the Corporate Mobility and Meetings Services Group to support enterprise-wide improvement, optimization, innovation, and transformation initiatives as part of the defined portfolio of work.
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, sustained control, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. Provides support on multiple projects and facilitation of activities of cross-functional teams to ensure specifications, timelines and objectives are met. Delivers appropriate project management processes, methods, techniques, and tools and can implement these according to the project’s requirements. Effectively applies change management tools and supports process owner and operation staff during project implementation and transitions.
Your responsibilities:
Supporting global conference projects and global mobility processes while ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
Creating and monitoring schedules, tasks, and resources in line with best project management practices.
Overseeing project progress, reporting risks, roadblocks, and budget deviations, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Coordinating the efforts of global teams and stakeholders to effectively achieve project objectives.
Preparing key reports, including project plans, risk registers, and executive summaries.
Identifying risks, proposing solutions, and supporting risk management strategies.
Analyzing data, identifying issues, and implementing process improvements in global mobility.
Developing and executing communication plans to ensure clear collaboration between teams.
Participating in project meetings, documenting agreements, and managing project scope.
Supporting the planning and implementation of change management strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
Organizing and conducting training sessions to support team skill development.
Performing other tasks as required by the organization’s current needs.
Our requirements:
Preferred certification in CAPM, PMP, or an equivalent qualification.
A bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience, a master’s degree with no experience, or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment is essential.
Solid knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and project management tools is required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively at all organizational levels, and respond tactfully to sensitive inquiries are necessary.
Proven ability to think quickly, propose solutions, communicate, and coordinate actions to resolve issues and mitigate risks is expected.
Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills with the ability to analyze moderate-scope issues and develop realistic plans and recommendations are required.
Attention to detail, planning, organization, multitasking, customer service skills, and excellent verbal and written communication are essential.
A self-motivated and proactive mindset with an innovative approach and a positive attitude toward independent and team-based work is expected.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (MS Project or equivalent), and Agile tools (Jira, Kanban, or similar) is necessary.
