As a Recruitment Specialist - EMEA, you will be a main point of contact in the area of recruitment for Hiring Managers in several countries. You will be a member of our Global Talent Management Team based in various places across the globe and work closely with hiring managers, candidates and multiple other teams e.g. HR, Compensation, Benefits and Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Full life cycle recruiting (briefing, posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating and hiring) for various positions, with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership as well as excellent candidate experience.

  • Proactive search for potential candidates for our positions and inviting them to take part in our recruitment processes, highlighting the exciting career opportunities and incredible culture at Elanco.

  • Building positive and long-term relationships with existing and potential job-seekers who might be interested in joining our company.

  • Escalating issues when required and working with appropriate parties to resolve.

  • Educating hiring managers on Elanco’s roles and responsibilities, as well as recruitment processes for assigned business areas.

  • Planning, proposing and applying sourcing strategies and tactics used to recruit quality candidates.

  • Partnering with HR, Compensation and/or Benefits teams to manage recruiting, hiring processes and/or system issues.

  • Working on Employer Branding strategy creation and implementation.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in handling full-cycle recruitment processes.

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Fluent additional language: French will be a big plus.

  • Experience with HR systems and willingness to learn new processes.

  • Experience in SSC/BPO sector.

  • Ability to deal with remote stakeholders on a daily basis.

  • Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple cases at one time.

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
