As a Pricing and Customer Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for working directly with customers and business units (sales, marketing, finance) to collect, verify, and maintain Pricing and Customer Master Data (CMD). In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, completeness, and high-quality of data, playing a central role in linking commercial policies with technical system configurations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Setting up the price conditions in our systems (Vistex Module – SAP), in accordance with the commercial conditions validated in the price committees.
  • Ensure accurate configuration of customer commercial agreements (prices, conditions, discounts, etc.) in SAP and in a CRM if needed.
  • Act as the functional liaison between Pricing and Customer Master Data activities in order to facilitate cohesion between the two.
  • Manage and ensure the updating of Price and Commercial Terms data in SAP.
  • Validate customer disputes related to pricing errors in collaboration with customer service and the Enterprise Data Office.
  • Effectively apply for the creation of new customers and changes to existing customer profiles (address, contact details, payment information, etc.) into the SAP system by providing requests.
  • Collaborate with regional and other business units (sales, marketing, finance) to verify, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of Customer Master Data.
  • Communicate with customers or the Affiliate to verify information and resolve any errors or conflicts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all customer data entries comply with internal control requirements, company policies, legal regulations, and data privacy laws, and are SOX compliant.
  • Support internal/external audits of pricing and customer master data for consistency and accuracy.
  • Inclusion/Exclusion Management in correlation with regulatory affairs and quality.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of new customer activations and data updates.
  • Provide ongoing customer support, resolving issues through phone and email.
  • Assist customers in ensuring their Pricing and Customer Master Data is properly set up and aligned with their needs.
  • Contribute to improving data management processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining customer data management and reporting.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Pricing, Customer Master Data (CMD), or Finance function with knowledge of customer master data.
  • Proficiency in English and French; experience with SAP and Vistex.
