A CRM Administrator (80% of the role) manages and maintains an organization's Customer Relationship Management system, focusing on daily operations, data integrity, user support, and system customization to align with business goals, bridging technology with sales, marketing, and service teams to enhance customer experiences and drive growth through efficient data management, workflows, and reporting. Key responsibilities include user/security management, data cleansing, creating reports/dashboards, training staff, and integrating with other tools, acting as the primary technical resource for the platform.

An HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) Administrator (20% of the role) implements and monitors safety policies, conducts risk assessments, provides training, manages incidents, and ensures regulatory compliance to minimize workplace hazards and environmental impact, acting as a key link between staff and management to foster a strong safety culture. They oversee daily operations, supports local affiliates, inspections and audits, handle investigations, and maintain HSE documentation, all while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

CRM System:

  • System Management & Configuration: Administering user access, security settings, custom fields, objects, workflows, and rules.

  • Data Management: Ensuring data quality, performing cleanups, managing duplicates, and overseeing data entry standards.

  • User Support & Training: Providing first/second-line technical support, troubleshooting issues, and developing training materials for users.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Generating reports and dashboards to provide business insights and track performance.

  • Process Improvement: Analyzing needs and recommending system modifications or new processes to improve efficiency.

  • Integration: Collaborating with IT to integrate the CRM with other business applications.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Managing all aspects of compliance and global programs - cooperation with global HSE team.

  • Training & Awareness: Responsible for regular Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) communications and alerts to employees, ensuring awareness of potential hazards and safety protocols.

  • Incident Management: Manage the reporting and investigation of all HSE-related incidents and accidents, including vehicle incidents, ensuring adherence to company procedures.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage workplace hazards and implement control measures and provide timely and comprehensive updates to the Leadership Team.

  • Inspections & Audits: Support site inspections and audits

  • Reporting: Monitor HSE performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management.

  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure the accurate and timely completion and submission of all required HSE documentation, including metrics, roadmaps, and compliance reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and training abilities.

  • Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

  • Understanding of HSE regulations and standards

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to prepare, compare, and evaluate complex datasets.

  • Very good and communicative knowledge of English
