Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, and carrier partners to translate business objectives into effective marketing automation solutions. Manage and provide technical guidance to marketing automation support resources, including assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and supporting professional development. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, lead progression, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage integrations with supporting marketing technologies, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement effective solutions. Proactively identify opportunities to improve platform functionality, streamline workflows, and enhance the effectiveness of marketing automation initiatives.
