Description:

Rebuild Program Coordinator

Tractor & Equipment Co. is looking for a Rebuild Program Coordinator based at our Billings, MT branch. This position will be responsible for creating and improving repair quoting processes for Caterpillar construction equipment.

Key responsibilities for the Rebuild Program Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Initiate heavy equipment repair quotes for a wide range of Caterpillar construction equipment.
  • Explore different levels of repair options utilizing multiple software resources and HGI Product Support teams. (Cat SOC, Service Link, PSQ)
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze database of repair options/standard jobs.
  • Recommend when adjustments are needed based on market and profitability.
  • Collaborate with HGI Product Support Sales team as needed to discuss repair options and clarify repair needs.
  • Work closely with Service Operations teams to improve and create new processes that integrate rebuild templates/standard jobs into service software (service link) to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training as needed to Product Support team
  • Occasional travel to HGI branch locations and out of territory for specialized training.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years technical and heavy equipment experience preferred.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong Excel experience and Data Analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of CAT SIS, DBS, Service Link, SOC, and CAT Inspection app preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License, High School diploma or equivalent.
