CNC Operator

The CNC (Computer Numerical Control) operator manufactures rigid insulation used in residential and commercial construction projects. The CNC operator prepares raw materials, loads machines, and checks finished components for quality, following instructions and pre-written programs to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing. Responsibilities: Set up and program the computer responsible for the CNC machinePlan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and materialsVerify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpiecesMaintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operationsFollows safety regulations and company guidelinesWork in teams with responsibility for a single element of a larger project Benefits: Position pay DOE, plus full benefits.
