Partnership Health Center Inc is hiring a Data Analyst and Reporting Coordinator - TEMPORARY in Missoula, MT. This is a full-time position.

DEFINITION: Supports organizational decision-making by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable reporting and analytics to clinical and operational leaders of Partnership Health Center (PHC). This position combines business knowledge with technical expertise to transform data into meaningful insights that improve clinical quality, patient safety, operational efficiency, and strategic outcomes. This role works closely across departments including clinical operations, quality, leadership, and informatics teams to understand reporting needs and develop sustainable reporting solutions. The primary focus of this position is designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL-based reporting tools, while ensuring alignment with Epic data governance, reporting standards, and best practices.
