Lead Budtender duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide a top-notch customer experience, offering recommendations based on customer needsEducate customers on cannabis strains, consumption methods, and responsible useEnsure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulationsManage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized storeProcess transactions securely using our cannabis POS systemProvide floor leadership during assigned shiftsSupport onboarding and training of new BudtendersAssist with inventory audits, cycle counts and receivingAddress customer concerns or escalate issues when appropriateAssist Store Director with daily reporting and shift summariesStore open and close responsibilitiesPromote teamwork, culture and accountability on the sales floor
