The Talent Technology Specialist leverages technology to enhance learning experiences and make learning more engaging, accessible and inclusive This role involves identifying, implementing, and managing technology solutions which provides education & training of all employees and, support the implementation of multiple pathways of skills enhancement across the business leveraging data to measure the success of development programs.

Salary range - £47, 000 to £55, 000

1. Growth: Develop compelling learning solution proposals to support bid strategies that highlight the organization's strengths and capabilities which improve our win chances.

2. Talent technology: Support implementation of eightfold talent platform to enhance learning experience, ensuring its engaging, accessible, and inclusive for all employees.

3. Learning Management System (LMS): Content manage and maintain MyLearning, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and effectively supports the delivery of all learning solutions across the business.

4. Content Development and Integration: Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts & operational training to develop and integrate digital learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive simulations.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning and development programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

6. Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to employees on the use of learning technologies, ensuring they can effectively engage with and benefit from the available resources.

7. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in learning technology and proactively recommend and implement improvements to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing learning technologies and platforms.
  • Experience in content development and integration, particularly in creating digital learning materials.
  • Strong background in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret data to drive improvements.
  • Experience providing technical support and training to diverse groups of employees.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting tools.
