Description:

Key Activities/Responsibilities

  • Enforce safety regulations.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the inventory or inventory processing of goods, such as Expeditors, shipping/receiving coordinator, and forklift
  • Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between
  • Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and inventory pulls to meet production
  • Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or
  • Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures
  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for
  • Keep records of employees' attendance and hours
  • Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair
  • Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and
  • Maintain Inventory data, such as part shortages, shipping records, receiving records, inventory transfers, bin locations, and picklist accuracy.
  • Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or
  • Develop specific stocking level & parts objectives with an emphasis on cost reduction, quality improvement, technology development, on time delivery, inventory reduction, lead-time reduction, and customer focus necessary to support the MRL business
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area complying with all 5S
  • Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects as
  • Follow and comply with all safety and personal protective equipment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with basic mechanical education
  • 5+ Years related job experience
  • Ability to understand Blue Prints
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
