Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled and reliable Dietary Cook to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and production schedules.
• Assist with inventory and food storage procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care settings is a plus.
