Cooney Healthcare & Rehabilitation is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while contributing to a positive and collaborative healthcare environment.

Our LPNs play a vital role in helping residents achieve the highest quality of life possible.
Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and support
• Administer medications and treatments
• Assist with resident assessments
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
