Master Electrician

Job Summary: Agri Industries Inc is seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician to join our team. This role is responsible for leading electrical projects, ensuring code compliance, and overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in agricultural and industrial environments. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, advanced technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Design, install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems and equipment Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Lead and supervise journeyman and apprentice electricians on job sites Troubleshoot advanced electrical issues and provide technical solutions Plan and coordinate electrical projects from start to completion Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of all electrical work Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe job site at all times Communicate with project managers and other trades to ensure project efficiency Travel to various job sites as required Qualifications: Valid Master Electrician license in MT (required) Valid driver's license (required) Extensive experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and leadership roles Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and drawings Proven leadership and team management skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and oversee multiple projects Working Conditions: Work is performed in indoor and outdoor environments, including agricultural facilities, industrial sites, and construction locations. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, climb ladders, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks.
