Urology Healthcare Group, Inc. is hiring a Call Center Agent in Jackson, MS. This is a full-time position.
Mississippi Urology Clinic, Jackson MS has an immediate need for a Call Center Agent or Representative to join their team! The CCA will be responsible for answering incoming calls from both new and recurring patients and scheduling them with available physicians. Our ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while exhibiting exceptional communication skills and professionalism in order to ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
