Description:

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Regional Client Coordinator within our Sustainability Business Public Sector team in Mississippi. The Regional Client Coordinator is a dynamic, multi-functional position that involves elements of marketing, sales, communication, administrative, and customer service.

What will you do?

This position will involve maintaining existing client relationships, coordinating student and community engagement events and programs, coordinating local public awareness efforts, facilitating industry events, identifying opportunities to serve the client needs post-sale, and facilitating internal communication efforts with sales, marketing, performance assurance, and management.

Client Support
  • Build up client relationships by staying engaged with client
  • Develop and coordinate student and community engagement and educational events
  • Offer public awareness support and events to help client celebrate their project
  • Help new client point of contacts understand the project
  • Serve as a communication liaison between the client and the company
Sales Support
  • Help team network and engage with potential clients
  • Build up conference and tradeshow presence
  • Create and send out regional newsletters
  • Assist with RFPs/RFQs, and send bid notifications to sales team
  • Ensure client facing deliverables are current
Marketing / Public Awareness Support
  • Advance client and company exposure by assisting the marketing team with press releases, banner stands, social media, local media coordination, project highlight videos, events, promo items, case studies, presentations, placemats, brochures, blogs, webinars, etc.

  • You have demonstrated leadership in previous organizations
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are self-motivated and build rapport with others easily
  • You demonstrate the ability to manage relationships, identify and solve problems, and drive exceptional results
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • You have 0-2 years of experience working in sales, sales support or client facing roles
  • You have a 4-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar area
