Maintenance Director - Lakeland Community Care Center

In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support. What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: · Perform general building maintenance tasks; receive work orders and perform tasks required to complete duties assigned. · Monitor and record water temperatures throughout the facility, such as residents' use areas, laundry and dietary areas. · Monitor and maintain HVAC system, electrical systems, and emergency generator systems. · Oversee work and lead other maintenance staff at the facility. · Other duties as assigned.
