What you will enjoy doing*- In this role, you will lead and drive equipment reliability initiatives by partnering across maintenance, engineering, and operations
- You will own and improve reliability metrics (uptime, MTBF, MTTR) and analyze data to identify trends and issues
- Moreover, you will lead root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and reliability risk assessments
- Further, you will develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- You will apply, own, and drive Lean Production System principles to improve equipment reliability, eliminate waste, and enhance maintenance and operational processes
- You will support capital projects, design reviews, and MOC processes
- Also, you will support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve high-impact equipment issues
What makes you great- PhD with 0-3 years of related experience, OR Master's degree with 5+ years, OR Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, OR 12+ years of directly related experience
- You must have a strong experience in equipment reliability within manufacturing environments
- You will have experience with RCA, FMEA, CMMS systems, and data-driven maintenance strategies
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and process controls
- Foundational understanding of Lean Production System principles, with the ability to apply, own, and drive improvements in reliability and maintenance processes
- Also, you will need to have strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
