Are you an experienced Distribution professional ready to take the next step in your career? Emerson has an exciting opportunity at our innovative distribution center in Olive Branch, MS. As the Inventory & Returns Supervisor, you will lead a team of 10 hourly associates and two salaried direct reports, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient returns' processing, and product quality for the Appleton business line. You’ll work closely with teams across Receiving, Returns, Outbound Operations, Finance, and Quality Control to drive process improvements and uphold operational excellence.
