Overview - Prospect Onboarding to Unifi Systems

Starting early next month, Unifi systems will begin processing your payroll. This onboarding process will make sure your payroll and employment records are ready for the transition.

This portal is the first step in the onboarding process. Click ‘Apply' and on the next screen, click ‘Without Resume'. You'll fill out your personal information and on the next screen, choose a date and time for your onboarding session.

Important note: Make sure you have your direct deposit information ready for the onboarding session. Employees without their direct deposit info will get a paycard for pay purposes.

The next step is to attend your onboarding session according to the date and time you chose. You'll be paid for your time at the onboarding session.

Once your onboarding session is complete, you're all set! We'll send you more info about your new time clocks and time and attendance processes in future updates.
