The Doe Run Company is seeking a Safety Manager to manage safety and risk associated with Doe Run’s SEMO Mining and Milling Division. In a proactive manner, develops, implements, and monitors the Mining and Milling Division’s safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and incident-free work environment. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local mandatory health and safety regulations and manages issues related to the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), including, but not limited to, participating in inspections and contesting alleged enforcement actions. This position is based out of our Central Office in Viburnum, MO.
The work location may change as needed to support production and business needs within the Viburnum Trend in Southeast Missouri.

This position offers a competitive base pay and is eligible for the Company variable pay (bonus) plan. Benefits start on the first day and include insurance, paid time off, and various customer discount programs.
