The Doe Run Company is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide the first line of support for Doe Run employees (both full-time & contract) for IT issues that need immediate attention and to assure that all IT systems are running properly. This position is located at our Corporate Office in St. Louis, MO.
Education & Experience:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Beginner understanding of networking and servers and network monitoring tools
General hardware and software knowledge –intermediate
Intermediate knowledge of printers, smart phones and other peripherals
Ability to multitask, handle stress, and prioritize issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
