Description:
The Administrative Manager is a key contributor to branch operations and organizational growth, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and business efficiency. This role supports financial management, sales coordination, safety administration, corporate HR initiatives, and community outreach. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of business processes, has financial acumen, and is proactive in improving operational efficiencies.
Essential Functions
• Financial Management & Business Operations Support
o Support budget planning, expense tracking, and financial forecasting to align with company goals.
o Monitor revenue streams and cost drivers, providing actionable insights for operational efficiency.
o Ensure accurate invoicing, accounts reconciliation, and financial reporting in collaboration with corporate finance.
o Review and control operational expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
• Culture Champion
o Develop and maintain documentation to support department needs.
o Support employee onboarding and compliance with HR procedures.
o Assist with corporate-led training programs, tracking participation and ensuring engagement.
o Help manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Safety & Compliance Administration
o Serve as the branch safety administrator, ensuring adherence to corporate and industry safety protocols.
o Maintain safety documentation, incident logs, and compliance reports.
o Assist in OSHA compliance, workplace safety training, and audits.
o Act as the liaison with the corporate safety team to implement best practices.
• Sales & Administrative Support
o Support the sales team by processing orders, following up with customers, and tracking key performance metrics.
o Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, proposals, and sales agreements.
o Support inventory management, vendor coordination, and procurement processes.
o Ensure business audit procedures align with corporate policies and financial regulations.
• Process Improvement & Business Strategy Support
o Assist in implementing automation tools, data tracking systems, and efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
o Coordinate with leadership to align branch operations with corporate objectives.
o Develop reports and dashboards to track financial performance, safety, and sales KPIs.
o Other relative duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Exceptional communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office SuitePhysical Demands
