Position Description We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Director. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Chief Sales Officer, this position is responsible for the design and implementation of the agencys overall marketing and brand strategy to strengthen the firm's reputation, support growth, enhance current and future client experience, and reinforce OAA's award-winning culture. Responsibilities include developing and implementing agency brand guidelines and visibility through social media, website management, targeted relationship campaigns, seminar and presentation development, etc. Additionally, the Director oversees ensuring memorable client and employee experiences which reflect our agencys white glove hospitality and service standards.
