Position: Business Office Manager
Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $19.00-23.00 / hour Depending On Experience

Experience:
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience: Have knowledge of bookkeeping fundamentals with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office skill set mid-level fluent knowledge of Excel

Business Office Manager Position Highlights:
  • Develop and maintain the bookkeeping records necessary to properly account for the transactions in the operation of the business.
  • Assure claims have been filed accurately and timely to all parties.
  • Collect accounts receivable and create deposits
  • Complete monthly revenue process.
  • Maintain accurate daily census records.
  • Assist families and/or patients with claims and statement questions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely Accounting transactions and reports.
  • Process bi-weekly Payroll, entering timeclock adjustments and other adjustments as needed
  • Run background checks and enter new hire information in to UKG system
  • Oversee Receptionist team, training as needed and creating schedule
  • Order office supplies as needed
