Position: CNA Instructor, RN (Registered Nurse)
Location: NHC HealthCare Desloge - Desloge, MO
Job Type: Part Time

Are you passionate about teaching and ready to help shape the next generation of CNAs? NHC HealthCare Desloge is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a CNA Instructor. In this role, you'll provide classroom instruction and clinical guidance to students preparing for their CNA certification-while making a real difference in senior care.

What You'll Do

• Teach CNA students both in the classroom and during clinical rotations
• Prepare students for success on the state licensing exam
• Share real-world experience and hands-on skills in long-term care
• Support and mentor students as they enter the healthcare field

Requirements

• Current RN license in Missouri
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care
• Must meet Missouri Division of Aging qualifications to serve as a CNA instructor
• Teaching experience preferred but not required
