What will your job look like?
The Business Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating, reviewing and analyzing data in support of Client’s business initiatives by working closely with various, cross-functional departments. The Business Reporting Analyst should be able to deliver excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of Client reports, and help resolve Client reporting inquiries, keeping in mind data governance, contract requirements, and compliance guidelines.
The Business Reporting Analyst will own the Client relationship in their assigned area.
What you’ll do:
Own all required reporting for assigned region
Create, view, validate and deliver reporting packages to our Clients and their teams
Manage the day to day Client relationships through comprehensive knowledge of Client protocols, both Client and MTM objectives, and operations
Daily interaction with Clients, providing preventative consultation, analysis and issue resolution, responding in a timely, professional manner
Validate data and ensure it meets contract requirements
Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot any report issues or discrepancies
Work to continually improve current reporting, including both the processes involved and reporting design
Ensure all reports and data transfers comply with MTM and HIPAA security guidelines and are appropriately documented
Ensure all Client reporting meets client needs and is delivered on time
Gather reporting requirements from Client and Program Director and document all definitions
Support assigned region in retrieving and organizing the necessary data
Recommend improvement actions and opportunities by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
Present and thoroughly explain reports by using business intelligence and data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI
Create and deliver external facing reporting presentations
Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results
Analyzing MTM data for trends and bench marking
What you’ll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years’ experience in a data reporting or similar role
Experience with working with Clients on reporting needs
Experience in giving presentations or reporting data across all levels of an organization
Advanced Excel skills including creating formulas, pivot tables, and charts
Skills:
Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
Excellent customer service and client-facing skills including ability to present to executive-level audience
Ability to understand business processes in order to create solutions that enable the business to effectively manage their functions
Ability to effectively interpret and analyze data and present results to stakeholders
Independent self-starter with strong prioritization, project management, and coordination skills; ability to excel in a fluid, cross-functional team environment
Willing to interact with Clients to obtain inputs, validate assumptions, educate on approach, and present results
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
Excellent attention to detail
Advanced excel skills
Exposure and general understanding of Healthcare, preferred
Even better if you have:
Experience with business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred but not required

Salary Min: $47, 920
Salary Max: $63, 000
