JANITOR

HOURLY RATE: $19.25

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION: Keep building clean and ensure supplies are stocked

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Empty trash throughout the building and
  take to the dumpster.
• Sweep and mop all bathrooms, corridors and
  break/kitchen areas.
• Wipe down all counters, sinks, microwaves,
  tabletops and stock break areas with soap and towels
• Vacuum all carpet in the admin area.
• Keep garage floors scrubbed and clean

• Clean and stock all bathrooms with paper
  towels, toilet paper and soap

• Advise when supplies are low
• Shampoo carpets once a quarter
• Clean windows and window ledges once a
  week
• Wipe down glass front door
• Wipe down conference room and training
  room tables

. PERFORMANCE OF THE ABOVE FUNCTIONS REQUIRES:

• Unrestricted ability to repetitiously bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk,
climb, twist, turn, and reach out.

• Ability to perform repetitious lifting of items weighing an average of 10-20 lbs. each from floor level to

approximately
4-foot high counter top.

• Ability to maintain a stooped or squatting position for several minutes
to perform the sorting function.

• Ability to use a floor machine/carpet shampooer

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is performed within an enclosed area with little or no visibility to the outdoors.
Work area is air conditioned/heated (68-72 degree temperature range) with
periodic high noise levels. Possible exposure to gasoline/diesel fumes in fleet
