Now hiring NIGHT SHIFT - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Shift Schedule: 7P-7A

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
• Help residents feel comfortable by making beds, keeping rooms tidy, and supporting their needs
• Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Serve meals and assist residents with eating, especially those with special needs
• Provide emotional support and build positive relationships with residents
• Document care and report any changes in residents' health or behavior
• Support residents during admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure confidentiality and follow all privacy and safety guidelines
• Help with restorative care and participate in resident-centered activities
• Report incidents, accidents, or concerns to the nursing team promptly

What We're Looking For:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 10th-grade education
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
• Team player with strong observation and problem-solving skills
• CPR certification preferred
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds and assisting with resident mobility
