This position is Friday through Monday, 10: 30 pm- 7: 00 am Job Duties Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented, welcoming manner.Greet all guests with energy, a genuine smile, positive body language-focused eye contact, and in a timely fashion.Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and proceduresMaintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations and documenting issues as needed.Maintain company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and othersRemain composed and behave professionally during stressful situations and emergencies.Inspect rooms for safety.Assist with maintenance duties including unplug toilets, flip breakers, and turn water valves on or off.Remove trash and snow. Job Requirements Ability to work alone or in a team environment.Must be able to read, write, and comprehend simple instructionsStrong communication skills with the ability to convey information and ideas clearlyBasic Computer Skills Physical Requirements Ability to frequently climb multiple flights of stairs and walk excessivelyAbility to frequently lift and carry up to 40pounds and the ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 80 pounds.Required to have visual acuity to scan the grounds for a safe and clean environment
