Community Garden Program Manager - Wildwood YMCA

Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities. Works with director to determine current needs for program. Ensure implementation of policies and procedures. Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions. Manage communication through media relations, social media, etc Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda. Support growth and program development. Organizes and oversees program activities and events.Recruits and coordinates volunteers from the local community. Coordinates and monitors teen summer camps. Organizes, and conducts leaders clubs and other teen activities and events. Secures facilities for program activities and events. Performs all other duties as assigned.
