We have an exciting Senior Paralegal Mergers and Acquisitions opportunity located at our Global Headquarters in Clayton, MO. The individual for this role will work closely with VP – M& A (law department) as well as Corporate Development to provide support on various legal issues while serving as liaison between internal and external resources. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
