Youll help patients schedule appointments, answer questions, and make sure they are connected with the right provider and services. Were looking for someone who communicates well, pays attention to the details, and genuinely enjoys helping people. What Youll Do Answer incoming patient calls and assist with scheduling needsSchedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointmentsHelp patients navigate provider availability and servicesUpdate patient demographics and appointment information in the electronic medical recordProvide accurate information about our providers, services, and clinic processesWork closely with clinical teams to resolve scheduling questions or conflictsMaintain accurate documentation and scheduling recordsProvide friendly, professional service, even when the phones are busyProtect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
