What You'll Do Lead, support, and develop the imaging teamCoordinate staffing, schedules, and daily workflow to meet patient and physician needsWork alongside the team as a technologist and provide clinical coverage when neededPartner with HR on recruitment and lead the onboarding, training, and development of new team membersProvide coaching, feedback, performance management, and clear expectations for the teamPartner closely with physicians and other departments to support efficient, high-quality patient careFoster and strengthen our existing relationships with area radiologic technology programs while coordinating student clinical rotationsOversee quality, safety, regulatory standards, departmental operations, and opportunities for continued improvement and growth
