Position: Director of Social Services (LCSW) - Inpatient & IOP

Director of Social Services to lead our clinical team across Inpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will balance strategic program development, clinical supervision, and direct patient engagement to ensure our clients receive world-class mental health treatment.
As Director, you will report directly to the CEO/Administrator, serving as a cornerstone of our multi-disciplinary team and a mentor to our social services department.
What You'll Do - Lead & Mentor: Oversee program operations and provide clinical consultation, case planning oversight, and supervision to our dedicated social work staff.
- Direct Clinical Care: Maintain a limited caseload (0.5), conducting age-specific psychosocial evaluations and facilitating group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
- Program Growth: Drive the expansion of our Outpatient services (IOP, PHP, ECT, and Medical Management) while ensuring all protocols meet DNV standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement program goals, manage resources, and oversee the hiring and training of new clinical talent.
- Continuity of Care: Manage discharge planning and transition protocols to ensure patients move safely and effectively through different levels of care.
What We're Looking For - Licensure: Active LCSW is required.
- Education: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health hospital setting.
- Leadership: 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
- Expertise: Experience in acute care settings and a strong understanding of psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
- Certifications: BLS/CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training provided post-hire).
