Hospital Administrator / Director of Nursing - Behavioral Health

Join our mission to transform geriatric behavioral health care in the greater St. Louis area. Our new, state-of-the-art inpatient facility specializes in treating older adults with cognitive and psychiatric disorders including dementia, stroke-related conditions, and mood disorders.

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to serve as Hospital Administrator and Director of Nursing (DON). This dual-role position combines operational oversight with clinical leadership, making it ideal for a healthcare professional with strong management experience and a passion for behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Leadership:

• Oversee daily hospital operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budget, facility operations, and partner agreements.
• Lead community outreach, program development, and strategic planning.

Clinical Leadership:

• Direct nursing services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Oversee nurse staffing, education, and performance.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• Active RN license in Missouri (or ability to obtain).
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health or geriatric care.
• Strong skills in clinical operations, staff management, and regulatory compliance.
