Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative:

As a Technical Inside Sales Representative (TISR), you will be the go-to partner for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service, technical expertise, and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
• Manage customer inquiries and process orders using Bray’s internal systems
• Provide accurate technical information and updates on products and orders
• Coordinate with internal teams to expedite orders and resolve issues quickly
• Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Bray products through comprehensive training

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Skills:

• 2–5 years in inside sales or customer service, preferably in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of valves, actuators, or flow control products is a plus
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Permanent U.S. work authorization required
• Understanding of industrial manufacturing environments is an advantage
