We have an opening at our
St. Joseph location for a HR Representative to join our incredible HR Team supporting Outside Sales, Parts, Supply & Service Support. This role reports to Tabby Osborn, HR Supervisor.
This hands-on position will perform a variety of administrative, technical, and project-based work supporting our team's initiatives and operations.
This is a perfect opportunity for an organized, detail oriented, and enthusiastic individual who wants to grow and learn about all HR functions while working in a supportive, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do: - Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support HR operations and projects.
- Completes routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of employee data in HRIS systems.
- Assists with delivering core HR processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and program implementations, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
- May administer other HR systems used for timekeeping, performance, and training management processes.
What You'll Bring: - High School Diploma or GED required and two years of applicable HR experience
- Or Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)
- Excellent computer skills required; Prefer Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and/or Kronos experience
- Requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Team-player who's comfortable working independently and collaborating with all levels
- Organized, tech-savvy with a process-oriented mindset and high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
