Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

We service locations in greater MN and western WI. Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support across all business divisions. This role is responsible for processing orders, resolving invoice and service-related issues, coordinating customer pickups, and managing customer communications regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests. Responsibilities: Process and submit customer orders accurately and efficiently through the company ordering system Review, reconcile, and resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with customers and the sales team Answer and manage incoming customer service calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction Support customer pickup activities, including order verification, coordination, and communication with warehouse personnel Enter and coordinate service call requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up with service personnel Hours of this position: Part-Time (20-25 hours/week) Start Time between 8am-9am No weekends or holidays required
