Job Description
RTP Company is hiring a Color Weigh-Up - 2nd Shift in Winona, MN. This is a full-time position.
The Color Weigh-Up individual will weigh up pigments and additives for use in production. Work Schedule: 2nd shift 3pm to 11pm, Monday - Friday. Potential for overtime including weekends, Saturday and or Sunday. Employees are assigned to an A/B rotating weekend schedule. Training will be on 1st shift for 2 weeks. Hourly Rate, plus shift differential. Responsibilities Measures appropriate weights of pigments for specified customer colorsMonitors inventory levels associated with pigment mixtures used to color plasticsAssist the production colorist with molding color chips and other dutiesMaintains a clean working environmentOther duties as assigned
