RISE Modular is changing the way buildings are built, and we're growing the team that makes it possible. We're looking for a Recruiter & Employee Engagement Partner to join our People Operations team. This isn't a traditional recruiting role where you'll spend your entire day behind a computer filling requisitions. Yes, you'll recruit everything from skilled trades and production employees to supervisors, technical professionals and corporate positions. But you'll also play an important role in building the employee experience at RISE. You'll spend time in our Owatonna manufacturing facility getting to know our employees, partnering with leaders and finding new ways to connect RISE with the communities where we live and work. If you love recruiting but also believe the best People teams should be visible, approachable and connected to their employees, this could be a great fit. You may be a great fit if you have: Experience recruiting both hourly/non-exempt and professional/exempt positions.Experience recruiting in manufacturing, construction, skilled trades or another high-volume environment strongly preferred.Strong sourcing skills and the ability to find candidates rather than simply wait for applications.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The confidence to work directly with everyone from production employees to senior leaders. An interest in employee engagement, culture and community involvement.Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.A willingness to try new things, solve problems and jump in where needed. Where You'll Work This role will have a strong presence at our Owatonna manufacturing facility and will also support recruiting and People initiatives at our Plymouth corporate office. Regular presence in Owatonna is an important part of the role. Building relationships with our employees and leaders can't be done entirely from behind a screen. RISE Modular combines construction with advanced manufacturing to build large-scale modular projects in a safer, more controlled and more efficient environment. And as RISE grows, we're equally focused on building the organization behind the buildings. You'll join a People Operations team with an opportunity to influence how we recruit, engage and connect with our employees and you'll have plenty of room to bring your own ideas. If you're looking for a highly structured recruiting job where every process has already been built, this probably isn't it. If you like building, improving, experimenting and seeing the impact of your work firsthand, we'd like to meet you. Come help us build the people side of RISE.
