RISE Modular is hiring a Recruiter (Contract) in Plymouth, MN. This is a full-time position.
Contract Recruiter (23 Month Assignment) Location: Remote with Travel Department: People Operations / Talent Acquisition Employment Type: Contract (23 Months) About Rise Modular Rise Modular designs, engineers, and manufactures industry-leading full volumetric modular buildings for the multifamily apartment and hospitality industries. Position Summary Rise Modular is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support exempt hiring initiative over the next 23 months. This recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to source, recruit, assess, and hire professional talent across engineering, construction, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, full-cycle recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple searches simultaneously, and delivers an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for exempt and professional-level positions.Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop sourcing strategies.Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.Conduct recruiter phone screens and assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and organizational fit.Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, market conditions, and compensation trends.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting metrics.Partner with HR to support offer development, negotiations, and pre-employment activities.Assist with continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring manager communication. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience.Strong demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting for exempt level roles.Experience recruiting within manufacturing, construction, engineering, industrial, or technical environments.Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably UKG) and Microsoft Office. Preferred Corporate recruiting experience.Experience supporting high-growth organizations.Experience recruiting for manufacturing or modular construction organizations.Experience with UKG, or similar ATS platforms.Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Rise Modulars Total Rewards package for employees.
