Job Description
Our Lady of Peace is hiring a Data Entry/Data Base Manager in Saint Paul, MN. This is a full-time position.
The Data Entry/Donor Database Manager enters gifts daily and manages the fundraising database for Our Lady of Peace to track donations, maintain donor relationships, and support fundraising campaigns and events. Key responsibilities include: Database Maintenance: Oversees the optimization of the donor management software. Gift Processing: Supervises accurate tracking, batching, and recording of financial donations and tax receipts. Reporting and Analysis: Builds custom lists, tracks donor retention, and creates dashboards to analyze information. Daily Entry of gifts into the database
