Title: Human Resources Associate - Temporary Full-Time

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Schedule: Monday-Friday typical daytime business hours. Temporary for roughly 6 months.

Wage: $23.00 hourly including Full-Time benefits and Paid Time Off

Essential Job Duties:

• Support bulk data entry projects related to onboarding, benefits enrollment, and compliance tracking
• Enter, update, and verify employee data across HR systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Process new hire and employee change documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and organize electronic employee records within M-Files and other systems
• Perform data audits and validation checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of HR records
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree (associates, bachelors) is preferred
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written skills)
• Intermediate Microsoft skills, including Excel
• Outstanding customer service standards and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications:

• Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check
• Successful clearance of Motor Vehicle Background Check and acceptable driving record per Company Policy
