Nortech Systems Inc is hiring!
Description:
Identify key steps required to ensure smooth open enrollment process for Nortech U.S. in 2025 including comprehensive communication strategy.
Build and execute project plan, collaborating with existing team to execute actions required.
Assist in Nortech’s efforts to monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other benefits-related laws.
Manage benefits communications, including open enrollment periods, benefits orientations, and employee education sessions. Leverage partners where possible to optimize efficiencies
Oversee the administration of benefits plans, including enrollment, changes, terminations, and reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related transactions.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to employee benefits. Recommend and implement improvements as needed.
Collaborate with benefit providers, brokers, and vendors to evaluate options and make recommendations to VP of People Operations and CEO on benefit enhancements & changes.
Offer input to help Nortech set up, communicate and manage our Health & Wellness Programs most effectively.
Work with colleagues in People Operations to communicate changes with our compensation & benefits programs when necessary.
The pay for this role is $55.00 hourly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other candidate qualifications.
