Menasha Packaging is hiring a Traffic Coordinator in Lakeville, MN. This is a full-time position, and paying $49,233.00–$73,849.00/year.

The expected salary range for this position is $49, 233 to $61, 541 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD& D, Short- and Long-Term Disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.

- Coordinates and execute shipping schedules with customers, suppliers or other key stakeholders
- Confers with Operations and Scheduling to ensure coordination of product completion and shipments on a timely basis
- Assesses and executes transportation options for most cost-effective routing
- Resolves outbound and incoming delivery issues with key stakeholders
- Maintains daily yard check and PM schedule for trailers
- Assists with waste tracking and disposal
- Prepares business reports as needed
- Maintains industry, professional and technical knowledge
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree desired
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of and ability to understand organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding manufacturing and logistics processes
- Knowledge of strategies and tools for controlling and optimizing the factors that lie between the manufacturing of customer orders and delivery of finished products
- Ability to effectively manage the business relationship with the transporters of raw materials and finished products.
- Knowledge of issues and considerations for effectively managing local, regional and national distribution of inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods
- Knowledge of the processes, tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials throughout the manufacturing cycle and logistics supply chain
- Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant and warehouse facility
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent walking/standing required
